María José Cantalapiedra

Associate Professor at the Department of Journalism II of the Faculty of Social and Communication Sciences. Director of a research project funded by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. Co-author, together with Rosa M. Martín Sabarís and Begoña Zalbidea, of the style book of EITB, the Basque public Radio Television, published in 2013. Eleven Ph.D. completed as principal supervisor. Her research focuses are the organizational communication, journalists’ working conditions, and evolution of journalistic genres and their transposition to the Internet. She has a wide experience in both organizational and administrative aspects of undergraduate and graduate programs. She currently is the Director of Bitartez, a Consolidated Research Group of the Basque Government.
