María Ruiz Aranguren
Associate professor and researcher at the University of the Basque Country. PhD in Communication (International Mention) with the thesis entitled ‘Construction of the media discourse on immigration in times of crisis: journalists, immigrants and institutions’. She has previously worked as a journalist in different media (RNE, Diario de Noticias de Navarra, Diagonal, El Correo, Deia, Onda Vasca, Periodismo Humano). In addition, for many years she has been a contributor to the cultural supplement ‘La Pérgola’.
